1. How long will it take to receive my order?
For Metros and Non-Metros
Our delivery timeframe is 3 to 8 business days (excluding Sunday).

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it to be delivered within the estimated timeframe provided during the checkout process.
International Orders
Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the courier to be delivered.

3. How can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped .

4. What is your return policy?
Items eligible for return are as follows:
1. Domestic orders within India
2. Unused and unwashed items with all packaging items intact
3. Return request is within the 7 days time period
Domestic orders may be returned for an exchange, refund or store credit within 7 days of order receipt provided they meet our eligibility criteria.
All international orders, made-to-order, personalised and sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.
Domestic gift returns may be exchanged or returned for store credit that can be used to shop online. All orders must be accompanied with an order number and record of sale. Shipping fees are not refunded.
